You can become a customer by clicking on 'Create an account' on top of the page.
Choose what kind of customer you are. (Consumer, Company or Government)
Fill in your e-mail address and a password of your choosing. (min of 5 char.)
Also you can choose if you want to receive our monthly newsletter with offers and other information about our shop.
Fill in your address information and all other (required) fields. This is needed if you want to order something from the shop.
You can change the address information at all times when your logged in with your account. When logged in click on 'my account', in the top menu, then to your left on 'my information'.
Search for the product you want to order in our webshop and add it to your shoppingcart. When you are ready with adding products you want to order. Click on the shoppingcart.
Here you can see all the selected products and make some changes if desired. When everything is oke, click continue. When logged in you will continue. When your not logged in, you will be asked to log in or create an account.
When your logged in you can select a shipping method. Here you can choose what shipping method you want. After that you can choose whoch payment method you prefer.
When this is done, we will process the order in our system and we will inform you about the status thru e-mails.
When you have placed an order at the webshop, you will always receive an order confirmation via e-mail.
In the confirmation you will find the products you ordered, the pricing, the shipping costs and payment information.
